She told me the item was on the way this order is back from March it’s the end of may with no follow up or follow through after multiple attempts to allow her to correct an error. The quality was very cheap. I was sent the wrong size in the top. Everything I ordered is see thru. I requested a refund and I'm still waiting on a response

Hello, Have you filed a claim with UPS? We were not notified until now so how would we know there was an issue? We did our part and sent your order. UPS damaged it while in transit and a claim needs to be filed.
In response to your comment, how would I know that I need to file a claim with UPS? I shop online ALL the time and have never had this happen. I also sent you all a message from my shop app regarding the issue and asking what to do about it but I got no response. So let me get this right, I'm supposed to file a claim to UPS regarding products that I'm not even sure was what I've ordered. Let's be realistic! There are so many fake clothing websites where we order stuff and it's not legit. I have witnessed people ordering shoes online and getting a pack of white teeshirts. This was just a lesson learned for me! Don't order from companies like this who have adds on FB and Instagram and especially ones who don't have many comments under their post! That's usually not a good sign.

We have a page full of reviews so your comment stating no comments under post…? Also we have a page stating what to do in the event of issue with carrier. It says to contact the carrier! We never got a message from the shop app. You could have sent an email. Thank you.
I requested a return online and received an email saying my return request was received and I will get another email with return instructions. I have yet to receive that email. It’s been days since my initial request. The outfit itself is okay nothing special and the colors do not match. That’s not that big of a deal but the L/XL top runs pretty small.
The colors do not match because they were not sold as a set! They don’t even match in the picture provided. As far as the top, they run true to size for most. Thank you.
