To make a return submit your return request https://essencebyesohe.returnscenter.com with your email address and order number.
Thank you for shopping with Essence By Esohe. We do all that we can to ensure that you absolutely love your purchase(s). However, if you are not completely satisfied you may return the item(s) to us within 5 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Returns are eligible for store credit only. Once your item(s) are received we will inspect and notify you if your item has been approved or denied.
Customers are responsible for return expenses.
What items are eligible for a return?
Most apparel items are eligible for a return provided that they are in original condition, have no signs of wear, and are free of any damages and/or odor (this includes fragrances/perfume).
The following items are excluded and not eligible for return:
- Items marked final sale
- Items with deodorant marks, odor, and signs of wear
- Items discounted at 30% or more
We reserve the right to deny any items received that do not fall under this policy. Denied returns will be returned back to you.
You are only allowed one credit. Store credit will be issued via email in the form of code specific to you. Please note that items purchased with a store credit are final sale.
Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provides you with proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow up to 3 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
